Synchronized Weekend Operations: Unlike traditional retailers, Sharpstyle operates during the weekend to expedite your experience. Orders placed on Saturdays before 2:00 PM (EST) are eligible for immediate processing. Orders received after the Friday 5:00 PM cut-off but before Saturday afternoon will enter our dispatch queue significantly faster than standard industry timelines. Sunday remains an observed rest day; logistics resume at 9:00 AM EST every Monday.

For all deliveries within the continental United States, we apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99. This fee encompasses high-grade protective packaging, handling, and comprehensive transit insurance to protect your investment.
2. Global & International Expeditions
Sharpstyle proudly serves a global clientele. International shipping rates are dynamically calculated in real-time based on the recipient's geographic coordinates, package dimensions, and specific international customs regulations. All international rates are presented transparently at the final stage of checkout before payment is finalized.
III. Carrier Integrity & Tracking
To ensure the highest standard of delivery, we exclusively utilize the world’s leading tier-one couriers. Our automated system selects the most efficient carrier for your specific address:
- USPS & UPS: Optimized for residential and commercial domestic routes.
- FedEx: Utilized for expedited time-sensitive shipments.

Live Order Surveillance: Within 24 hours of your package leaving our San Antonio facility, a Shipping Confirmation Email will be dispatched to your registered address. IV. Address Governance & Risk Management
Accuracy in delivery coordinates is paramount. Sharpstyle utilizes automated address verification systems to minimize delays.
Modification Window: If you identify an error in your shipping details, you must contact our concierge team at support@sharpstyle.shop before the 5:00 PM EST daily cut-off. Once a Tracking ID has been generated, address modifications may not be possible, and any re-routing fees or return-to-sender costs incurred due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the client.
Lost or Missing Parcels: In the event that your tracking status indicates "Delivered" but the item is not in your possession, or if the shipment exceeds 10 business days without update, please initiate an inquiry with us. We will launch a formal investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, Sharpstyle provides a 100% guarantee of replacement or full refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
