At Sharpstyle, we aim to process and ship your sunglasses as quickly as possible. Because we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed, there is a limited window of time to cancel or make changes. This policy explains how to manage your order if you change your mind.
1. Cancellation Window
To provide fast 1–2 day handling, our fulfillment system is highly automated. You may request a cancellation provided the order has not yet entered the “Shipped” status.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@sharpstyle.shop immediately. Your email must include:
Subject Line: URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]
Your full name used at checkout.
The specific reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for our team).
Note: If your request is sent after our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time, it will be reviewed the following business morning. If the item has already been picked up by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, a cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Changing Your Order
We understand that sometimes you might select the wrong frame color or lens type. We support the following changes if requested before the order is processed:
Address Corrections
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address if the label has not yet been printed. Sharpstyle is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Item Substitutions
If you would like to swap your sunglasses for a different style of equal value, we will do our best to accommodate this. If there is a price difference, we will cancel the original order so you can place a new one with the correct items.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is confirmed by our support team, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. As per our Refund Policy, this typically appears in your account within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
5. Orders Already in Transit
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot stop the delivery. In this case, please wait for the package to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return. Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this can lead to packages being lost in the carrier’s system, delaying your refund.
