At Sharpstyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. We provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This allows you sufficient time to inspect your watch and ensure it fits your personal style.
To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original protective plastic films/stickers intact, and in its original premium packaging (including all boxes, warranty cards, manuals, and any promotional gifts).

2. How to Initiate Your Request
We have streamlined our process to ensure professional handling of every timepiece. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the original package without prior authorization.
Step 1: Contact via Email

Step 2: Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 business hours. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label. Using our label ensures your package is tracked and insured during transit.
3. Specific Return Categories
We handle different situations with specific care to ensure you are treated fairly:
A. Change of Mind / Personal Preference
If the watch style, size, or color isn't quite what you imagined, you can return it within 30 days. The watch must show zero signs of wear. Once we receive and inspect the item at our San Antonio facility, a full refund will be processed. We recommend trying the watch on a soft surface to avoid scratches on the case back or clasp.
B. Defective or Mechanical Issues
Every Sharpstyle watch undergoes a multi-point inspection. However, if your watch has a manufacturing defect or mechanical failure, please notify us immediately. C. Damage During Shipping
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the timepiece and email them to us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the courier and send a replacement immediately while we handle the investigation. You can monitor the status via Order Tracking.
D. Incorrect Item Received
In the rare event that we send the wrong model, please let us know. We will send the correct watch via expedited shipping and provide a pre-paid label to return the incorrect item. If you need to change an order before it ships, refer to Cancel or Change Order.
E. Non-Delivery (Lost in Transit)
If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if the tracking has not updated for 10 days, please contact us. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement at our expense.
