We take a zero-tolerance stance against the sale of counterfeit products and the unauthorized use of intellectual property. Our operations at sharpstyle.shop are built on the foundation of trust, transparency, and strict adherence to U.S. and international trademark and patent laws.
I. Anti-Counterfeiting Commitment
Counterfeit goods are products, including the packaging, that bear without authorization a trademark that is identical to or substantially indistinguishable from a registered trademark. The sale of counterfeit products is illegal and harms legitimate brands and consumers alike.
Sharpstyle strictly prohibits the listing, promotion, or sale of any counterfeit, fake, or non-authorized replica items. We work tirelessly with our supply chain partners to ensure that every watch delivered from our San Antonio hub meets the highest standards of authenticity. Any vendor found providing non-authentic goods will face immediate termination of their partnership and potential legal action.

If you represent a brand and believe that your trademark, patent, or design right is being infringed upon, we offer a streamlined reporting process to ensure your rights are protected expeditiously.
II. Trademark & Patent Infringement Claims
Intellectual Property (IP) owners are encouraged to report any content on our website that they believe violates their rights. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of protected brand names, logos, or patented technological features of timepieces. To initiate a claim, a formal Notice of Intellectual Property Infringement must be submitted to our legal department.
Required Evidence for Verification
To prevent malicious or false claims, we require specific evidence to verify the legitimacy of any IP complaint. Your notice must include:
- A clear identification of the specific Trademark, Patent, or Copyright being infringed.
- Official Registration Numbers for the IP (e.g., USPTO Registration Number).
- Proof of ownership or a statement of authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
- The exact URL(s) on sharpstyle.shop where the alleged infringement occurs.
- A description of how the product or content infringes upon your rights.
- Direct contact information, including your physical address and a professional email.
III. Our Takedown & Enforcement Protocol
Once a valid IP claim is received at support@sharpstyle.shop, Sharpstyle will take the following steps:
- Immediate Investigation: Our compliance team will review the provided evidence against the reported listing within 48-72 business hours.
- Proactive Removal: If the claim is verified, we will immediately remove the infringing product, images, or text from the live website.
- Supplier Sanctions: We will investigate the source of the product. Suppliers found to be in violation of our Terms of Service regarding IP will have their contracts terminated.
- Customer Protection: If a customer has purchased a product that is later identified as infringing, we will initiate our Return & Refund protocols to ensure the consumer is not at a loss.
IV. Consumer Awareness & Safety
We encourage our customers to be vigilant. Authentic luxury products should always come with appropriate documentation and match the quality standards expected from high-end horology. If you receive a product from us that you suspect is not authentic, please use our Support Portal immediately. We treat these reports with the highest priority to maintain the integrity of our storefront.
V. Repeat Infringer Policy
Sharpstyle maintains a "Three Strikes" policy for third-party contributors and vendors. Any entity that is found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights will be permanently banned from our platform. We reserve the right to share information regarding repeat infringers with legal authorities or brand protection agencies when required by law.
