Shipping & Fulfillment

How long will it take to receive my Sharpstyle order?
Processing your order at our San Antonio hub typically takes 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, domestic shipping within the United States generally takes 3-7 business days. How can I track the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order is handed over to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the address provided. You can input this number directly into our Order Tracking portal to see real-time updates.
Do you offer international shipping from your San Antonio location?
Yes, Sharpstyle proudly ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If you receive a defective or incorrect timepiece, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. After this period, the order may already be in the fulfillment stage. Please check our Cancellation Policy for specific instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our San Antonio facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Do your watches come with a warranty?
All Sharpstyle timepieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, water damage beyond the rated limit, or normal wear and tear.
