Welcome to Sharpstyle. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Sharpstyle will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website (sharpstyle.shop).
I. Copyright Infringement Policy
As an online retailer of luxury men's timepieces, Sharpstyle curates a vast array of visual and textual content. Our policy is to identify and remove any content that is found to infringe upon the valid copyrights of third parties. This applies to all assets hosted on our servers, including product photography, editorial descriptions, and branding elements.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any materials on our site infringe your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at our San Antonio headquarters.

II. Notice of Alleged Infringement (Takedown Request)
To be effective under the DMCA, your Notification of Alleged Infringement must be a written communication provided to our Designated Agent and must include substantially the following information:
- 1. Identification: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- 2. Work Description: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- 3. Infringing URL: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Sharpstyle to locate the material (e.g., direct links to the sharpstyle.shop product pages).
- 4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- 5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

IV. Our Response Mechanism
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, Sharpstyle will take the following actions:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Notify the alleged infringer (if applicable) that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
- Maintain a record of the takedown request and the actions taken to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.
V. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us. This counter-notice must be in writing and include your contact information, a description of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was an error. VI. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Sharpstyle has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
