We understand, however, that circumstances may require an immediate change to your order.
I. The Critical 12-Hour Window
To balance our commitment to fast shipping with our dedication to customer flexibility, we provide a strict 12-hour grace period from the moment your order is confirmed. This is the only window in which a guaranteed cancellation or modification can be executed without the item entering the irreversible dispatch stage.
During this critical timeframe, our internal systems allow for a "Hard Stop" on the fulfillment line. If your request reaches us within these 12 hours, we guarantee a full resolution with no hidden fees, no restocking penalties, and a 100% refund of the total transaction amount, including the $6.99 domestic shipping fee.
II. Authorized Modification Procedures
To ensure your request is prioritized and handled by the correct department, we require all modification or cancellation inquiries to follow this formal protocol:
Direct an email to support@sharpstyle.shop. For immediate identification, the subject line must be formatted as: "URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Cancellation" or "URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change".
Clearly state the nature of your request. If you are correcting a shipping address, please provide the complete and verified new address. If you wish to switch to a different timepiece model, our team will verify stock availability and ensure the price aligns with your original Payment Method.
Our support concierge operates during our Business Hours (EST). We will provide a formal confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. Please do not consider a request finalized until you receive this digital confirmation.
III. Post-Processing & In-Transit Status
Sharpstyle’s logistics network is designed for speed. Once the 12-hour window has closed, or once a Tracking ID has been generated from our partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), the order is legally and physically "In Transit."
Modification Restrictions: Once dispatched, we are unable to intercept, reroute, or halt the delivery. This is due to the automated sorting systems used by our national carriers. Any errors in the shipping address provided at checkout that lead to a failed delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The "Return Upon Arrival" Route: If you missed the cancellation window but still wish to return the item, you must wait for the parcel to reach its destination. Upon receipt, please maintain the package in its original, factory-sealed condition and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on how to ship the item back to our Texas facility.
IV. Zero-Fee Commitment

- Zero Transaction Fees: We do not charge "processing fees" for cancellations made within the grace period.
- Full Shipping Reversal: Your $6.99 shipping fee is fully refunded if the item has not been dispatched.
- No Restocking Deductions: If the order is stopped before fulfillment, no restocking fee is applied.
V. Refund Issuance & Timelines
When a cancellation is successfully executed, the refund is initiated immediately by our billing department. While the funds leave our account instantly, the "Post-to-Account" time is governed by your financial institution. Typically, clients see the reversal on their statement within 3 to 5 business days.
