2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these professional guidelines to ensure a smooth transaction:

  2. Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Packaging: Securely place the sunglasses in their original case and box to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
